Hot Toddy with Turmeric

- 2 cups full or skimmed milk or almond/oat/rice milk for the super healthy option
- 1 cup water
- 3 tsp honey or 1½ Tbsp molasses ( I used Grape Molasses / Üzüm Pekmezi)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp grated ginger or ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Add all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring very close to the boil, stirring occasionally
- Straining is an option but a lot of the healthy turmeric will be left behind.
- Serve immediately.
